    Go back and remove the ignition repair you did. Then dig a little further into it looking for other damage that may not have been very obvious and could have been missed the first time.     That's a stock pitman, leave it. Your wandering issue is very likely alignment related, less likely tire related. Follow cpwolf's suggestion on seeing if the steering wheel returns to center after turning. Also post a picture of the alignment printout sheet from the recent alignment.

    Free things to try first are switching your tires, the fronts to the back, backs to the front. Also experiment with tire pressure. 22psi may be a little soft, most run around 25 to 27. If the pitman arm is stock leave it. If it's a dropped arm replace it with stock. Check toe in as well, 1/8...

    HVAC blower motor not working

    As these blower motors age they draw more current which then fries things like resistors and switches. You found that out, replaced the resistor and switch, now replace the blower motor and you should be good to go.
