By lifting the engine you are changing the angle of the slip joint at the transfer case which decreases the rear driveshaft angle. For a 2" lift this should be all you need to remove the vibes. Update for anyone that may care. I swapped out the 0-2 inch Ranchos and put in the 2.5 Ranchos and they are now just about mid stroke...it's almost like they were made for a 2.5-3 inch lift.
