Agree with @NashvilleTJ. It’s done for. You can get new gears but if you’re on a budget, I’d recommend finding another axle with the same ratios and swapping it in. Sell the busted one (for parts and repair) and recoup some cash. Judging by the marks on the carrier, looks to me like a pinion...

Looks to me like your entire gear set chewed on some metal. Better pics will help.

Mac to my eye his spider gears look like they are missing chunks, ring gear has similar missing chunks.
