I wonder if it could be as simple as the PCM needing to relearn since it's been cleaned...... I drove it for a few days so maybe not. Just thinking out loud here. Guess I'll go disconnect the battery and find out.

Ok, this morning I removed the TB, disassembled, cleaned, reassembled, and reinstalled. No change. Throttle snaps back as it should. I can hear air rushing through the IAC port till the revs come down so I do believe it is a bad IAC. Is there a test I can do on it rather than just throwing...

Their customer service really is amazing. That said their margins on the stuff they don't give away must be incredible for them to be able to give so much away whenever there is an issue.

Just got off the phone with Bestop. This company is the model of customer service. They are sending me a replacement top and do not need me to return the I'll fitting one.
