How do I keep my Bestop Sunrider from flapping?

Also looks like Trektop and Supertop front half’s fold differently.

Last picture is trektop but missing the bow that goes across the door surrounds.

Ok, here's what mine looks like folded back. It cannot go back further:

When wind catches it... this happens:

Not part of that design. The Sunrider Supertop doesn't use a roof bow, doesn't use door surrounds either. It's very different from the factory top.
Uhhhh. My Supertop NX does. It uses Supertop door surrounds that have an extra bracket that the top clips into… and it also has slots for the bow. I just don’t use it.

Check the Supertop NX instructions. They reference both.

Maybe you have a different variant?

I found it weird that @WallyWest said his doesn’t have door surrounds. The soft top needs door surrounds for the rear side windows and the front half of the top.
I double checked the instructions and bestop indeed has door surrounds and the bow.

I think the Sunrider is unique. There's zero shared parts with the stock top. The frame is drastically different, not just the hinged part.

It has a frame that runs along the inside edge of the door. The sides wrap around that and the door seals close right up against the fabric itself. The front sides of the roof have a Velcro flap that hangs down and sticks to the door frame, the top edge of the door hits that.

If you look at it closely it seems like it would leak like crazy, but it never has.

Now look up the Supertop Sunrider.

I know what top you have. I knew you rear windows looks different.
You have supertop Classic. I know exactly what parts you have because I had the same top on a YJ. Hence to why the call it supertop classic.

I'll have to find my instructions, I thought they just called it a Sunrider. And the ones with that as a part of the name were different from the other folding tops. But people just adopted the term for any top that could fold back, causing no end of confusion like this.
