I have a Currie tire carrier and it fit it well. As long as you have that 45 degree with 2 x 2-inch square tubing used to attach those two cargo basket legs (see last picture) with U-bolts, you should be good.

Hmm. I see. The cargo basket appears designed to work with bumpers that have the swing-out tire carrier.
The basket can separate from the legs, but that's basically it. Very likely cost of shipping is high. It weighs about 50lbs and would need a big box. I have someone coming to see it today or tomorrow. I'll let you know if it doesn't sell. I'd prefer not to ship, but may consider it.
