What did you do to your TJ today?

Flat tube fenders front and rear
I think they are made by paramount 🤷‍♂️
I got the whole set off craigslist.

I cut and welded in the grill on the sides and installed the turn signals in there. They all got a healthy coat of rust oleum Berliner.

What is the best way to measure the output of panels? I think I have the same setup and it is supposed to put out 120w.
You put a watt meter between the battery and the controller, I looked up a vid before I bought mine and I believe the one I bought was running around 100w and puts out a max of 9.6 amp. Numbers aside it kept my battery fully charged for fridge lights and usb charging plus its only 4 panel instead of the older 120w which had 6 panels.

Which bulbs? The Beamtech H4 LEDs I put in my Cibié housings have as good of a cutoff as the Osram bulbs they replaced.
I almost purchased the Beamtechs but went for the daily deal $19 Monmonmas, I might give the Beamtechs a shot. Were you able to reuse the rubber dust covers with the LED bulbs or did you have to cut the center out a bit?

Spent the past few weekends flushing, blowing out and vacuuming the frame rails. Had a local shop prep everything else and FF the inside and POR15 the outside.

If the weather is nice I am going to put a top coat on to knock down some of the gloss of the POR 15.

The dust boot fit perfectly without modification.

Tried some LED H4 bulbs in my Ecodes, they suck and splatter the light. The cutoff with the halogen bulbs is much much better.

Same. I really like the Beamtech LEDs in my Hella E-housings. Cut off is great, I very rarely get flashed, and road coverage is awesome.

I used one of these with my pressure washer to clean the inside of my frame, it works awesome.

Over the past month or so I have noticed the coolant temperature gauge moves slowly only getting to around 170*; not the usual 195*.
I replaced the temperature sensor with a Mopar sensor, but this did not resolve the problem.
Purchased a Stant 195*; prior to installing I drilled a 1/16" hole for bleeding air past the thermostat.
Used a Felpro housing gasket with the manufacturers red sealant already applied, thoroughly cleaned the mating surfaces and reassembled the thermostat/housing.
The engine temperatures warms up to 195* and maintains properly.
