Help me install my lift

Big daddy is home 😈 just drilled and tapped a hole in the passenger side spring perch will do the driver side next. Gonna soak the bolts in penetrating oil while the battery charges. Once charged I’ll heat them and then see if the impact breaks them loose.

You definitely went big

This should do the trick!

If the shaft is spinning, more torque isn't going help.
1) Did you try holding the round plate just below the bushing? It's usually part of the shock shaft.
2) Can you cut/break off the plastic guard, so you can grab the shaft?

Got the shocks off with the impact. New problem though.

Can’t quite get enough droop in to fit the coil in. Jack stands aren’t tall enough so I jacked it up a little bit from the c channel on the front bumper and apiece of wood. On the passenger i put another jack and jacked it as high as the jounce bumper. Still can’t wedge the coil in. Any tips?

Excuse the mess

Nope didn’t have to take it back out thankfully. Stuck it in through the coil. Got the front ends ready to go for both jeeps. Back ends start tomorrow. Probably gonna make a build thread since this thread is getting longer then it was intended to be.
