Bought 5 new u- joints to rebuild the drive shafts. Rubber for track bars and rear sway bar. This is one of the u-joints they sent can anyone tell me what's wrong with this picture ?

Yeah I could put that one at the diff. as they are held in by a lip. In that case I would only need 2 . "Thanks" for pointing that out, I had not thought it through. Doing both shafts I will have 3 snap rings left over. I'm off this weekend and I wanted to rebuild them both and I was thinking crap, but I'm good. I love getting new parts and making my Jeep like new. It will drive like it is new when I get through restoring everything to like new. Better than new really with all the heavy duty parts I am putting on it. It takes me a little longer because I not only rebuild the part , I re-paint it so it looks like new too.

No idea when I did this to the control arm. Suspect I kissed a rock just right to bend it over somewhere on Drummond island a few weeks back. Observed it yesterday afternoon 
Guess I’m off to the dealer or online for another new one.

p.s. I bent mine worse than that, scraping a speed bump in the Walmart parking lot. I always bend mine back with a 3lb sledge (and avoid Walmart speed bumps).
