So I’m got the KSuspension light upgrade kit, wired it up (with an extender to the battery).

Also got Hella 130w/90w bulbs.

Only the Brights work.

If I switch back to the original, then it goes back to highs and lows.

Very odd. I actually plugged in just the driver original and it worked while the passenger through the Ksuspension kit

Anyone else had problems with low beam after the switch?

i did the toyota headlight swap and it was a plug and play deal. toyota quality headlights and wiring harness. it’s bound to be something simple, check all your wires for a short(bare wire). also check connections where wires go into your plugs. keep looking you’ll find it.

You may need to verify the wiring and connections between the factory headlight connector and the new the K Suspension harness connector and wiring to ensure the terminal block connections are properly wired.
I purchased the Viper Coil conversion and discovered the pigtail was incorrectly wired which required contacting K Suspension to verify the proper wiring of the connector pins. This wiring mistake required the disassembly of the connector to place the wiring in the proper locations.
