Loss of power, oil pressure gauge drops, and RPMs drop while accelerating

Hey guys, I just joined this forum in hopes I can find some help. I have an 06 TJ 4.0 6-speed manual with 52k miles.

I have this issue where when I'm accelerating kinda hard for a faster take off I suddenly lose power, my RPMs drop as well as my fuel pressure gauge, and I have no throttle until I clutch in and re-engage the clutch. sometimes it happens more than once before I can get going again but after it will run fine and normal. my check engine light flickers on while its happening but once it corrects itself it goes away and no codes are stored or pending. I tested to see what would happen if I don't clutch in and eventually it will just stall out. I can't exactly replicate it as its fairly random when it does. sometimes when I start it up it will bog a little but that's more rare and usually fixes itself within seconds. Also I have noticed my readiness sensors all reset after this happens as I was having trouble getting it smogged for awhile until I changed all four O2 sensors and luckily caught it when they were all ready but they still reset every time this happens

I have changed my TPS sensor, all four O2 sensors, crank sensor, cam sensor (as well as the whole synchronizer), brand new odyssey battery, my next step is to change spark plugs as its the next cheapest option. my next thought would be either injectors or fuel pump, but I'm tired of throwing money into it hoping one will fix it. Not sure if I can post a video on here but will try recording it next time I take it out.

If the PCM is resetting the emissions readiness monitors when this happens, I can only see one of two causes. Either your PCM is losing power or ground, or the PCM itself is defective.

we had a 06 RUBI 6sp. doing about the same thing , ended up being the plugs....

we did change the PCM afterward because they're getting harder to get and I'd hate to have something happen to wranglerfix and not be able to get another one ! we kept the orig. as a spare. so is what i'm suggesting is if you plan on keeping it get with MARK and have a spare PCM because if you dont have a PCM your TJ is a yard ornament ! OH and get the XP985 PLUGS

how much do they cost from wranglerfix?

I think it was 1150, but it's money well spent ! mark is really good at making sure you get taken care of and the 05/06 PCM's are known to have issues and aren't repairable from what I understand ! don't waste your time with anybody elses PCM's !

so did you try new spark plugs ?

Got them in, haven't been able to test drive it yet. Heres what the old ones looked like though.

(Update)

I think after this past weekend its safe to say my issue is solved. I got after it pretty good and it performed great under heavy loads. Even chirped my 37" tires when taking off a couple times. Will probably still be getting a PCM soon just to have on hand whenever mine decides to go out.
