Those warn bolt on guards work okay as a stop gap? Not playing in the rocks anymore, but would like some "just in case" protection.
I called T&J yesterday. They are still backordered with no ETA in sight. Any other decent solution?
Refer to my post #117 above. If you supply covers, T and J will convert them for you. I never confirmed it, but I think the correct covers were used on Dodge Ram pickups. Those covers have a higher fill hole and are made of thicker steel (required to control weld warpage) than the TJ covers. If you can confirm which makes and models used them, I'll bet there are thousands of them in junkyards across the USA. Find a set and send them in!
I use one of these. The bolt-on guards work fine.
They used to have a shop in Burbank,Ca it’s now closed. Is the company still in business?

Does anyone have the Dana P/N's for the high fill Dana 30, 44, 60 covers?
Edit:
Dana 30 thick high fill: Dana P/N: 707180X
Dana 44 thick high fill: Dana P/N: 707014X
Dana 60 thick high fill: Dana P/N: 707233X
Can someone double check and make sure those P/N are the thick covers? It was my impression the 30, 44, and 60 all used thick and thin cover variants with low and high fill variants. Am I wrong here?
I have been looking into a diff guard for my Dana 30 and these look really strong.
did anyone ever confirm these part numbers?

Would these cause any clearance issues with Currectlync steering and JKS trackbar?
707014X
dana 30 is correct however dana is no longer producing it with the high fill plug. the boys at T&J put the plug in the right place when they weld the hat on the cover.
Thank you. I found someone on ebay earlier today with 4 of the 707180X listed for sale and took a gamble and ordered one - should be interesting to see what arrives. And then this afternoon pulled a cover off of an old Dodge Ram Dana 44 at a u-pick junk yard that appears to be a 707014X. Its a thick bastard and the fill is moved up. So I might be set, or I might be screwed.
