Does anyone know what the "brush guard" on the center console is called and where I can buy one? I am missing one side on the emergency brake -this is picture from the underside.

Thats molded into the console. You will not find an actual replacement for them. You could find some universal brush seals that go on the bottom of the doors and figure a way to stick them on.
