These look like the predecessor to the Trac Grip MT. From what I can gather they are approx 33.1” tall and 59lbs (some info is hard to gather and manufacturer didn’t answer a phone call)

I’m a bit hesitant to pull the trigger on these but for +-$400 for a set of new 33”s, I’m considering them as opposed to spending $800+ on name brand tires when this is not my daily

What’s your thoughts?

My thoughts are you get what you pay for.

Very true… haven’t ordered them yet but man I’m tempted. But a tire blow out on the highway would not be worth the saved money

Gotta find a way to save money somewhere with all these mopar cooling parts I’m ordering lol

Highly doubt you would have a blow out.
It's more likely they will be loud on the highway, hard to balance, or easily chunk out on the trail.
Any reviews online?

Not of this model which I think came before the Trac grip (they look identical so probably just gave it an actual model name vs thunderer lol). The Trac gets pretty good reviews on places like Amazon

For a 100 give it a try. I'd be interested at how many miles you get out of them. I wouldn't worry about a blow out mostly miles

Sadly the name brand tires seem to be lower quality than they used to be. Might as well give the economy tires a shot
