Had to work on the wife’s mower.not starting and backfiring. Thanks to the internet found the problem.Broken key that locates the flywheel to crankshaft.
I bet you saved a chunk of change doing it yourself.
Moved some things around to make it easier for my wife to pull into the garage. The work bench is now on the west wall.
Pulled her car in and got an alarm for a headlight out. So replaced the bulb. Orielly had Sylvania high end bulbs for $65 with only a 100 hr lifespan
I'd have to replace those every couple of months. Ended up at Advance Auto for their lower tier bulbs for $40 with a 425 hr lifespan. Also, to replace the bulb you have to remove the inner fender liner.
After that, I decided to check the coolant level since I flushed the system a couple weeks ago. Noticed the beginning of a rodent nest.

Bulbs are a joke now. Just bought a pair for my nieces 2008 and they were $50....... FOR LIGHTBULBS..... WTF
Loaded and shipped a Conex box my buddy was storing at the shop for 2 yrs. Sold his house here and stored the stuff the wife wanted to keep while they built a home in Id. He spent $5K to ship $1K of crap. I got to be a rigger for the day.

25 yrs ago a lady at work gave me her Craftsman wood chipper because it no longer started. She left it with gas and the carb gummed up. I got it running but it was always a struggle. Because of this it sat in the shed for 20 yrs. After watching Taryl Fixes All on youtube I decided to get it up and running. I changed the oil and bought a new made in china carb. What do you know it works now. I bet it has less than 10 hrs on it and is good as new.

Modified my north and south wall garage circuits to include a couple of outdoor outlets with in-use covers. These will be used primarily for lighting decoration during the holidays
Cleaned up my small project workbench and add some peg board.
A friend gave me 100 or so 1/2” neodymium magnets and I’m trying to figure out the best way to use them to make tool holders. First prototype was drilling holes in an aluminum bar. I tried using steel but they just did not hold the weight. I can’t believe the power of such a little magnet.
