Looks to me like you got plenty of stickers what are you complaining about?
And thanks to you for the hello kitty idea.
No something a little different

Damnā¦ I wish I would have known thatās the way you install themā¦ I used a disk and cut the flange off the frame, and then poked the old nutsert up into the frame and then mounted the new one right to the frameā¦ I guess next time I should read the directionsā¦.
Ha ha I drilled out the old ones just didn't grind the flange down silly
Nor is that a question I would have ever thought I needed to answer.I know that is a question I never would have thought to ask.
Lovely. Do the nutserts that Blaine offers have enough grip range to account for both the thickness of the frame and the old tack welded nutsert flange? I know that is a question I never would have thought to ask.

Apparently so.... I've torqued the bolts to 80lbs and everyone holds tight
@mrblaine he is going to need a other set of nutserts
Long enough for the frame thickness and two flanges!
That sounds awfully high based on the factory specs.

Something that involves a finger.
This has been quite an interesting thread! I do have a question though.
I started on the thread looking for what I would need to replaced the bad belly pan/skid plate bolts/nutserts (mounts) that I have on my '97 TJ.
Had to replace the clutch (297K miles) and ended up with one bad one.
**What size do I need and where would I be able to find the correct size (depth, diameter, pitch, etc)?
Any information (additional) would be appreciated.
