Is this frame rot fixable?

Anything is fixable..how is your budget? Are you ok with a jeepy hat has a repaired frame? Can you do the work yourself?
I'm OK with a repaired frame. I am not capable of doing it myself. I just need to know if this is beyond repair.
Its repairable..all you need is a good top and a little of the sides to weld to. I am spoiled on the west coast and would never repair a frame. I would contact shops and get an estimate before you buy parts or make plans. This type of work is dirty and nasty and not every shop will be interested in doing it. Good luck
Someone posted a great video recently showing how the frames are repaired and how to do it the right way! He goes over all the important aspects of the job and roughly how much it costs. I'll try and find it and post it.

probably just like the frame, you can see right through it ! but it should be easy to fix with no frame in the way.....
It would be cheaper to replace the frame I think... rust free frames go from $500 to $1500 around here. If the body looks anything close to that though, it may not have mounting points to attach it to the frame...
From the a Northeast jeep owner perspective, honestly if this isn't your jeep or getting it for free walk away. If the frame has that much rust then most of the bolts in the jeep are going to have issues. From working on the suspension to replacing fender's pretty much all of the bolts are going to be rust welded.
Also the rest of the frame needs to be checked also.

My frame was like this. I also had to repair both torque boxes-seriously rusted. I suspect that your trans skid plate mounts are in serious trouble.
As others have suggested, get a good frame and swap it. I did the frame repair route and learned along the way that there are really no commercial frame repair parts forward of the front control arm mounts. Because of this (front of my frame has significant rot), I am replacing the frame. It would be a good idea to go around the frame with a hammer and screwdriver looking for soft spots. You may be surprised.
