Got the top off and windshield frame pulled. Looks like everything else is in good shape other than hood and displaced front fender. I am gonna pull the front end apart this week and try to get things back in line.

I say get the hood to open and close and leave the front end stuff.

Just fix the top and windshield 😁

Another step closer lol

It opens and closes now, just looks like hell. I did consider letting it ride and wear it like a badge of honor. But my vanity is forcing me to make it all better. Lol

Quick question for you guys, has one switched to beadlocks? Trying to decide

I hear its impossible to find someone to mount and balance them. But you can always mount them yourself and use balancing beads. (At least thats what I read)

That’s what I do. The inner bead is the hardest part when dismounting. I use a tyre plier.

I do like to drive my jeep around town or to the trail but I wouldnt consider it my daily. I would use balance beads as ive seen it used before but i never have. To get the bead off I use the rear of my truck and a highlift jack to get beads that are stuck, I can always ask my neighbor at work since they do tires to try and balance them. Raceline has a nice little sale going on and I have an addition disc code that works thats why I was asking. I currently limit myself to 12psi when I air down and I would feel better with some beadlocks. Im tryiing to think if I really need them

I drop my pressure to 8-10psi without locks and never popped a bead. But having 35" tires on a 15" rim is probably what gets me by.
