How does the Savvy transfer case armor come out?
I thought you could take the plate off,leaving the transmission cross member

With the Savvy UA, you can drive with the skid removed. The transmission is held by the Savvy cross member.

I understand that. How do you get the skid plate off Leaving the cross member so I don't need to support transmission. The flush mount bolts are seized up.

Use a #4 Phillips on an impact driver.
 
The 6 frame bolts, and multitude of countersunk phillips screws are all that's holding it in.

As suggested, try using an impact and penetrating oil of your choice.

#3 is bigger than a #4. Right?
My main question is what are you supposed to be able to remove?
I have it out but want it to make it easier next timel

#4 is larger, and everything in yellow are all the bolts that come off.

I suggest you sand blast and repaint the parts rusted.
