I understand that. How do you get the skid plate off Leaving the cross member so I don't need to support transmission. The flush mount bolts are seized up.

The 6 frame bolts, and multitude of countersunk phillips screws are all that's holding it in.

Use a #4 Phillips on an impact driver.
Actually tried a #3 and no luck. Kroil for a week. Impact drivers for sure

I despise using socket adapters on impact drivers. My M12 stubby impact wrench is the perfect tool for the job.
#3 is bigger than a #4. Right?
My main question is what are you supposed to be able to remove?
I have it out but want it to make it easier next timel
