I did the RF (Rat Fink) dash mod. My butt dyno shows an extra 10hp. Sure beats seeing those ducks on Jeep dashes.

Removed my SPORT decals. A Jeep Tech in Burbank informed me that Jeep didn't offer a SPORT UNLIMITED trim in 2004 and if they had, those weren't the style decals in 2004.

Got some like-new 5x5.5" wheels in the mail today.
PO had TR make them with 3.75" of bs, which I didn't know was an option.
Now for the tire choice and figuring out how to mount them.

I too am trying to decide on tire choice for my new wheels and I'm between BFG MT or Nitto Trail graplers
Installed the 3D printed snubber extensions and the Rugged Ridge spare tire mount. The Hooke Road one I had stripped the threads on the bolts. The RR one moves the tire about 3/4" closer to the Jeep too. I did have to drill new holes so the RR carrier would clear the lip on the Morryde tailgate reinforcement.
I have the 3D file for them if you want it. It just needs to be manipulated to your dimensions.

Nice, interested is selling any? I may be in need of extensions. I need to either modify the tire carrier or bumper to know for sure. Right now the plan is to remove the bumper cut it up and weld in a dropped down section in it so the tire clears the bumper. Are the parts made by these printers that durable? I assume there are variables based on thickness, type of material etc. that is used.

I didn't print them myself. I can send you the file and who I had print them. I think I paid $44 for the 4 of them custom to my dimensions.
Probably the used car dealer we bought it from.
Drove it today for the first time in a couple of days. Forgot how smooth it is. Gotta find some funds for repairs next week.

What was your justification for spending that much on a Dana 30? Iād be game to do this as well if that would be ok. We just gotta remember that each setup requires different spacing.
Justification was I'm not putting 60s under this, and it makes no sense for me to put 44s under it.
So I'm helping my Dana 30 live its best life
