What did you do to your TJ today?

I’d be game to do this as well if that would be ok. We just gotta remember that each setup requires different spacing.
Attached are the files that I sent to Custom 3D Fab ([email protected]). I paid $42 shipped for 4 of the spacers. That included modifying the file (attached) to the dimensions that I needed (2.5"). That company was GREAT to work with. Their communication was beyond great. If I ever need anything 3D printed again, I will go to them first.

This is where I got my center dash switch panel as well. His stuff is top notch.

What was your justification for spending that much on a Dana 30? I'm debating spending money on my axles or looking for a decent set of Rubicon axles as a base platform.

The Rubicon 44s aren't really better than a Dana 30 with better shafts.

The main benefit is availability of deeper gears.

Check the below link.

So keep the 30 but upgrade the carrier and axles. What about the rear? Swap in a 8.8 or upgrade the 35? I don't plan on absolutely beating the TJ, but would like to regear to get back some power. The 33's and 3.73's aren't bad, but could be better. I do want lockers front and rear.

Just my opinion… I just went from 3.07’s to 4.11’s in my TJ on 33’s with a 32rh and if I had to do over, I would go 3.73’s… I love the power that the 4.11’s gives but on the highway the RPMs are screaming and I’ve lost mpg’s… The 3.73’s would not be as loud as the 4.11’s and you would get better MPG‘s… Can’t believe there would be that much difference between 3.73’s and 4.11’s…

Ordered Baja MTZ tires while receiving notification that I passed the AZ bar exam. Just sharing bc I’m happy and thankful (and mostly relieved!) Got a 280, which is good for all UBE states. Passage rate was 46% wtf!
