I have an01 sport and an 03 rubicon. Both have the same issue. Neither one has any air movement on fan speed #1. Is the first fan position just "off" or do I have an issue? Everything electrically on both units work great. I find it odd that neither work. Thanks fir reading.

I am not sure what fan speed 1 is on a TJ?
TJ’s don’t have electric fans. I may be missing what you’re trying to say.
