Help identifying wires and a harness

Hello!

Just removed my shifter starting a clutch replacement and I noticed there's this wiring harness and the wires on it looked chewed through. Can someone tell me what these wires are these harnesses go to?

Looks like the manual transmission harness. I think the purple wires are the reverse light circuit then the black wire for the start circuit is looped as manual will have a clutch switch on the pedal.

Manual transmission jumper harness, as stated above that is the backup light circuit and the starter relay ground circuit is looped because it isn't going to a NSS like it would with an automatic.

I'll defer to yall but I would've wagered a decent amount that this was the 4WD indicator plug.

Backup light is violet/white and violet/black. Also, to be so close to the shift tower opening tells the story. The tcase indicator plug would be further back and it’s not a jumper like that.
