Just did a 04 Rubicon axle swap into my 05. When putting the front axle in, I did new ujoints, hubs, the whole 9 yards. The rear seemed fine so I swapped it in and hooked it all up. I haven't driven 20 miles on the new axles and am now hearing the clicking noise in the video below at low speeds (can't hear anything at higher speeds). I will note I have wired the factory air lockers up with factory pumps to a simple switch, and they are working as intended.

Things I've done:
Drained differential, opened it up and took a quick look, all seemed fine, no metal in drained oil.
Jacked up each side and there is no play when wiggling the tire up and down.
Checked all bolts from the swap and made sure they're tight.

The video was taken going around 5-10 mph and at the rear driver wheel. (sorry for wind noise)

If you jack up the rear and take off the tires do you feel anything when rotating the axleshafts? The pinion? Rear shaft ujoint condition ?

Jacked up the rear and put it in gear, does not click at all. Seems to only do it when weight is on the wheels.
