I have an '06 LJ Rubicon. I recently had it regeared from stock to 5:38 Revolution gears. 42RLE auto trans on 3.5" suspension lift, 1" body lift and new 35x12.5/15 Cooper SST Pro tires. I have a severe vibration starting at about 50 mph and beyond thru 70 mph. There is also a vibration while in Park or neutral sitting still while increasing the RPM range up and through 2500 rpm's. Any help would be HUGELY appreciated!

After regearing ours my worst vibration was the front driveshaft . Took it out , drove and it was mostly smooth . I installed new Tom Woods driveshafts front and rear and that fixed my severe vibration . I do have a slight vibration when revving up in park and neutral that I can also feel when driving . I haven't found the source yet , but I did hear a little rattling that I believe was inside a catalytic converter . I changed all the converters in 2014 with Mopar replacements , but it sounds like one has a little rattling now . Last time they stopped up so I installed the complete exhaust system .
When I get time I'll try to track down this vibration . Sometimes It seems like it is in the transmission .

I think it's a different issue as he still has the vibes while in park or neutral. I'd check the motor and transmission mounts first before anything.

I replaced the motor and trans mount with OEM rubber parts. The driveshafts have both been rebuilt and balanced by a local Phoenix shop I was told was reputable...although I'm not sure at this point about that.

What body lift was used? My TJ had a 1" Daystar body lift (all poly) that transmitted vibes bad when stationary. Removing it and replacing with Crown OEM style body mounts + BMB 1.25" BL made a huge improvement - to where they're just barely noticable.

Were you vibration free before the regear, or did you do everything at once?

No vibration before the re-gear. At the time of the re-gear I added the new Cooper 35x12.50/15 SST Pro tires. Prior was 33" and stock 4:10 Rubicon.
you may wanna try changing the tires (ask a friend to borrow his tires for a ride) and see if the tires are causing the vibration between 50-70 mph.... I mean... you may wanna start discarding one thing at a time....
