Heater core question

Really cold morning this morning but it took like 20 miles for my heater to start to heat up and even then it was half assed. Sound like a cooked core?

Don’t know if this helps but the heat is blowing hard just takes quite a while to heat up

When it gets too cold mine will sit just below where the thermostat is really open and I won't get any heat unless I block off the radiator. Wasn't it like 9 today? I wouldn't have been getting heat today I bet

The heater output should correlate to the engine coolant temp, as in the heater output should get hotter as the engine heats up.
