Brandon's Arles Blue TJ

I don't know about that, the boxes have been sitting in the house for months! 😂 I just know that prime wheeling season is around the corner and I need to be able to stop these 35s. It's not fun trying to ease down an obstacle and having it roll through the brakes 😳

And this gets my extended brake lines on so they're not acting as limiting straps so I can install my 4" springs and bump stops (and rear track bar 🙄) and order shocks.

One change begets another. It’s a lot. Totally agree on the brakes thing. I was literally standing on the brake pedal last time I was on a steep decline in Red. 🤣 it sucked.

And those 13K posts are from 5 years of wrenching on posting about this damn thing...

@Apparition same o same o.... Did you forget I'm an attention whore so I post about my wrenching.... And all the troubles and tribulations I've had over the past 5 years..

Edit: See I work on mine & then talk about it... As opposed to not talking about it and never working on it... Just a pile of parts & money sitting in a garage......
Wouldn't know anyone like that would ya?

So then you should just about be ready to do some wheeling by the time I get back at the end of May?

Hopefully I won't have too many repairs to make..

Heck mine is at 720+ already because to me this makes the most sense to just ramble about my Jeep. If people want to read it they can, if not then that's fine to. It's largely for me.

But yes, it should all be done by then. If my corners ever ship 🙄 now they're showing 2/27-3/2. And I should have some experience pulling the trailer with the camper by then if we do an overnight somewhere. Going to be doing two overnights to Tahuya in March for my son's birthday and then a friend that lives right by there is having a wheeling party/get-together and invited us.

I'm the same... I'll never admit to the number of times I refer to my build thread to remember when or how I'd done something.

Look forward to wheeling with the two of you again... Might have to come over to play at Tahuya at some point too...

Ok, brakes are done except bleeding. But we're having guests over for dinner in about 30 minutes and I'm filthy, so it'll have to wait.

Bleeding and initial break in are done. By the time I got home they're feeling pretty good. I'll probably get it back out tomorrow to go see if there's any snow in the hills (light stuff for the kid, not snow wheeling).

Between unbalanced wheels/tires and incorrect pinion angle (can't adjust anymore until I get my new track bar and bracket installed) I've got some pretty serious shake.
