It's a 1963 Rambler Classic 770. The full-length side spear is the giveaway. A 660 would have the spear stop about 3-4" into the leading edge of the front doors, with a single narrow trim piece continuing on to the end of the rear quarter. A 550 would be sans any side trim. Also, the car is a V8 equipped vehicle, but it doesn't appear to be "accurate". The fender badges would indicate it came equipped with a 287cid V8, but the red color of the engine parts that I can see poking through are Rampart Red, which was used on the 327 V8s, whereas the 287 was painted in Forum Blue. Also, a 327 car would have a fender badge with 327 on it. But being that this car is clearly a "restoration" (an apparent repaint), he could have just painted the 287 red for the effect, or actually put a 327 in it. Or he has the wrong fender badges. Who knows?

Also, it's a vacuum wiper equipped car, and did not have the optional electric wipers. And finally, it's an A/C car. Very, very nice!

Very few older guys that show up in the ubiquitous nice paint and sloppy 350sbc swap ever seem to care for it.

I didn't take pics but I did wash it for the first time in my ownership. It's already dirty from driving back home, though
