Honestly it doesn't do much for me.
I'm mixed, but they would probably be better off selling it if it was a hiline hood.
Same.. Maybe if it was only the louvers or only the scoop it would be ok. But I just don't know how I feel about it.

I guess I will have to say YEP I like it. After trying a fiberglass hood and not willing to pay for a carbonfiber hood... Being a steel hood I like....
And while I agree that if they offered it as a highline hood it might trip more triggers.... I'll take it and think when I've got the funds I'll order one.

Honestly not bad. The vents are in an actually useful location. IDK how I feel about the scoop, but I am not immediately against it which is better than most aftermarket hoods i've seen.
I like it - the vents are very badly needed. Not so sure about the scoop, but I wouldn't throw it outta bed for eating crackers either.
What didn’t you like about the fiberglass hood?
I agree Carbon Fiber is way to expensive

The one I'd bought was too thin and was cracking... I'd bought it used.
Yes they are...
And I'd rather steel too...
I'm in the "function over form" group. If it performs well, I can accept some minor deficits in the looks department.
I like it, wonder what shipping would be like
I actually didn't even catch that it was steel and just assumed that it was fiberglass. That actually makes me like it more because it's still modify-able.

Says it includes washer nozzles but the pictures don't appear to have bumper and footman loop provisions.
$900 and I have to pay shipping and another $500 to have it color match painted (which can't be done with 20 year old paint). I'll stick to $100 hood louvers that do the same thing.
Pretty much. Unfortunate, but true.
If i had not already tricked out my hood I would order one.
