For what it's worth... I dig them... I've had the RC supports for over a year with zero issues

I ran two hydraulic hood lift struts for 5 years on my TJ. Never had an issue…

I love it on our LJ. For the cost I think its one of the best things I have done....

x2 on the assist easily pop off the struts if you need to open it to the windshield

I would rock that, I hate the support bar set up currently.

That's pretty slick. Gonna eyeball it to see if it clears my cowl intake and probably order one.

and for anyone curious the rough country Hood assist has no problem lifting the hood as soon as you start to raise it up you can feel it start to pull and I literally have to hold it from swinging up the struts are that strong
