New TJ Hood

Campbell offers a fiberglass hood that is similar... One with the high fenders

It's $650 + shipping

And a highline hood made to work with Savvy fenders..

There's also the Chris Durham Motorsports hood that's similar to the Campbell. It's the one Trent McGee has on his blue "TJ" buggy, Fred Williams has on Tube Sock, and I think Dave Chappelle has on Butter Jeep.

I'll have to say if I was getting a new hood it'd be one that has the hood scoop in it... I just like the look... But I've got enough other things to spend monies on right now that any hood is low on my priority list.

And while steel might be heavier at this point I'd still prefer it..

There's so many complainers about fiberglass but don't forget it's RUST proof.

My main reason for wanting the Cevinis cowl hood is lower underhood temps (without letting water onto the engine) but coming in a close second is the factory steel hood is smoking hot if you need to raise it after driving awhile.

No issues with water or a hot hood with the louver on my stock TJ hood.
