I think about it everyday. The only problem is I would rather take the existing ones off to do it and I don’t think that’ll happen without a fight. So I wound have to most likely paint them in place. Do you have a paint recommendation? Not sure if Line-x is the best way to go. I have tried transmission fluid and Black Magic with not much luck so painting or getting new ones seems to be the only options.

I tired to take mine off also and gave up. I used spray paint made for plastics, majority of the paint these days have primer mixed with the color. Just tape off the area really good and go to town. I like the satin black look, but you can go with flat or gloss.

Yeah, the red TJ looks ok, not a fan of the bumper or the two spotlights and the tires stick out a bit far, but the angry bird grille on the JK just... ugh.
