Have any of you ever tried to restore your painted (blue) fender flares with that restore or forever black?
They currently have the dull haze from years of sun and zero protection.

Good call on the adhesion promoter. I never used it on my old ones and they held up fine, but it surely wouldn't hurt!

It works much better on textured surfaces that you cant scuff up as much. Center console, door panels, and dashs. But im in the better safe then sorry club.

Sport models didn't have painted fender flares, usually just the black, which do fade as yours have. The suggestions above will work great. Back-to-black will fade much sooner.

Thanks guys!
I appreciate the feedback!!

From what Ive read they can be difficult to remove. I have one with a chip broken from it (drive side rear) of maybe 1.5 sqin. Or so. Wondering if I can repair it or build it up with hot glue... gonna experiment with it.
