Wow..... that is an interesting setup you have there. Hopefully someone has seen this before. Definitely not stock.

Yeah, @Boinked is right, on second glance that sure isn’t stock.
Maybe CJ or YJ?
Maybe easier to start over with the complete stock set up or even a good time to upgrade to the ZJ link

I'm going to ignore everything that looks wrong here...

If you post up the sizes of the ends you may have better luck finding the parts.

That definitely looks like a Rugged Ridge crossover steering conversion and quite the drop pitman. Suprised since there is no change in the track bar angle that you do not have significant bump steer.

There's so many things wrong with this setup. The first thing I would be doing is getting rid of that steering setup (whatever it is) and either putting the stock steering on there, or the Currie Currectlync. In addition, that drop pitman arm needs to go.

Thanks for all the input I'll definitely focus my attention on correcting this mess because it takes full concentration to keep it between the mustard and mayonnaise probably going to look into the zj swap

Unless you are going 35+ tires the Currie isn't worth the money. The zj works wonderful.
One thing i did notice you have no swaybar? If you are driving on road a lot you might want to get one. Im sure you have a lot of body roll.

It didnt have one when I bought it I have one just haven't put it on yet

I ordered the zj tie rod and factory drag link ditching the drop Pittman arm hoping this eliminates my problems. Thanks for all the advice.

Great job, nice to see you got the better inverted-Y steering system back in operation together with a non-dropped Pitman arm!
