How did you run the wiring for your pillar side lights?

Anyone have pictures showing how did you run the wiring to your side pillar lights? I can’t seem to find a way to run the wiring without drilling a whole through the firewall or having the wire kinked / damaged.

Agreed no drilling too, but this is just a remote switch for on and off. I already have a switch set up on my dash I just need some visual on running the pillar lights wiring to inside the engine bay.

I ran the wires along and under the vent cover on the cowl. You remove the wiper arms and then a number of screws and the cover will come off. You can then run the wires neatly and into the engine bay along one of the seams. The wires are not pinched too much and there is no drilling.

These are not the best pictures and I can take more if you need them but they should give you an idea.
