Where is the rear fog light cable?

I need to fit a rear fog light to make sure my Japanese imported TJ is road legal in the UK. I can not locate the existing wiring which according to the service manual is fitted. Does anyone know where I should be looking? I have found the wiring to light the licence plate (left and right as in the photo) but nothing yet for the rear fog light.

Is your TJ an "X?"
Mine is and it is missing the complete harness from the drivers (LHD) footwell to the rear end for a hardtop/rear window wiper/defroster. (In other words, it was never meant to have a hardtop, because it's only an "X") Maybe that is where that wiring would have been for you too???

You might have to do your own wiring for it.
 
Pretty sure that rear fog light harness is only present on those originally exported to Europe. It's not present on U.S. models.
 
Well, according to the first post, the OP is looking for it.

Where did I miss that the OP confirmed its not there?
