Can anyone explain how this happens. Was under body for about an hour and just so happened to notice this??

(Driver side- wheel sits so close to spring it’s showing scuff marks on the wheel from it hitting each other)

(Passenger side- sits fairly far away and doesn’t interfere)

No the tires are worn and need to be replaced. Besides they are both the same size? Sorry In advance I’m still new

Do you have a rear track bar?

View from the passengers side where it's attached to the frame. The other end will connect to the axle on the drivers side.

I would say its not centered based only on what I can see. What I can see is the driver side spring is closer to the tire, so much so, its causing the spring to rub the tire. But the passenger side has no issue rubbing, its actually got plenty of room.

Based on what the OP posted, I would say its not centered.

Could it perhaps be a bad spring?? Causing it to lean over because it simply can’t hold its weight?

Find the middle point of your axle housing, mark it, and then find the middle point of your frame. Compare the two with a plumb line. Adjust axle center as needed via an adjustable track bar.
Yup. Definitely off! Thanks guys for the quick responses!

When you lift the rear, it brings the drivers side tire closer to the spring. You need either a track bar bracket, or and adjustable track bar to center the axle.
