Steering stabilizer rubbing on drag link

Does this look better?

Way better. Good job. Just make sure it won’t come into contact with anything as the steering and suspension move.

Ok so I’m adding bump stops and noticed a very similar situation. My stabilizer is rubbing on the bolts that attach it to the drag link.

I also noticed that my stabilizer is flipped compared to the pics in the post. I started loosening the bolts and was about to just turn it but I don’t think that will solve the issue. Should I flip it around and install it that way?

Any tips or tricks are always welcome as usual. Thanks everyone!

So I removed the stabilizer and found some damage...

There is a small indentation from where the bolt was rubbing and the bushing is shot.

Is the integrity of this shock compromised or what?

I also tried to switch sides but the bushing is too small to fit the drag link peg and the nozzle on the shock might hit on the axle side

Hey guys new to the forum and found this post when trying to solve the same problem on my sons TJ

I have the same Fox/Currie setup and I'm running into the same issues with the U-Bolt style mount. When you flipped the Fox around are you saying the tube end mount wouldn't fit on the drag link peg? I was thinking that would fix the issue but hate to fight that thing back into the axle mount.

Was thinking something like this would solve 1. the interference issue and 2. the length issue... that outboard U-Bolt is right next to the threads to keep the Fox from bottoming out.
