Is there an ideal torque spec for the drag link adjustment sleeve clamps and the tie rod clamps?

Here's a good install description by Stu. No need to get the tie rod clamps all that tight, they just hold the tie rod from rotating after the toe-in is set. https://www.stu-offroad.com/steering/currie/steering-1.htm
