Ok, I have a Fastenal account...what is the weight and dimensions of these and will they be crated or just palletized? Essentially, I should just ask- how much $ do you want for this (total) to ship here to PA? And just to clarify, you want $1800 + the cost of shipping for BOTH axle assemblies, correct?

Sorry for the delay. They look like they will pallet about 66"x30". What I don't know is do I need an oversized pallet or will standard work?

I'm not sure where this left off. Is the ball in my court right now? I have standard pallets. I have never shipped axles before or used Fastenal for anything but connection pieces.

If you don't find someone sooner, I'll be in Maggie valley at the end of July and am interested in these.

Are the axles still available? If so how many miles on them? What axle shafts and locker are in the Dana 30? For the 8.8 how does the Detroit handle in the rain?

Thanks,

Dan

They are still available. The 30 has around 112,000 with a Detroit lunch box locker added for only the last couple thousand miles. The 8.8 has about 20,000 from me and unknown previous miles. All stock axle shafts
on the front and rear. I did new ujoints in the front about 3 years ago and probably have less than 1,000 miles on them. This was not my daily driver for the last 15 years so it sat most of the time. The last 2 years I drove it daily I had the 8.8 in it. The Detroit in the rear is not invisible by any means, but it is predictable.
