Show me your side steps

I've got those on my TJ. $246 shipped from Quadratec a few months ago.

Side steps... I thought maybe a little Saudi Shuffle from the belly dance world might be appropriate.

my wife told me one time what I think is funny doesn't necessarily mean that everybody else thinks it's funny.
Ah, I knew there was a joke in there somewhere - sometimes I can be a bit obtuse. I thought maybe you wanted me to dance ON the steps or something! :D Yea, we do all kinds of weird steps, sideways and otherwise, usually with a weird name that nobody knows what it means or where it came from - and then you go to another area, or even a different class and the names are different!

Ace engineering rock sliders, nice product very well built and made in Michigan. Been on the Jeep almost 2 years and no complaints, they usually run a good Black Friday deal on em that’s when I picked them up.

Last weeks project actually. For me, I had to grind/cut off about an inch of metal in order for the step to sit flush. The PO already had rocker panels on there and I decided to leave them on. I don’t think it looks that bad tbh. I use them as purely steps but even then, I notice myself avoiding them and just hopping into the Jeep. Just more natural. I’ve yet to find a way to get in with them :ROFLMAO:

I got these for my wife. The Jeep only has a 2" lift but the wife is a little on the short side. Would have to take them off to do any rock crawling but we just plan to do dirt and gravel road type of adventures.

I forgot who made these! They’re stout though.

These have been absolutely brilliant - after sealing them so the dust couldn't get in they've been very reliable too. My kind of wheeling doesn't necessitate a proper rock slider so they're not taking abuse that way.

Sadly can't get them any more but if I could find another set I'd snap them up. Otherwise the other TJ will probably be getting the Rockslide Engineering steps.
