Is the steering parts wrong or just put on wrong?

So I swapped my steering with the https://www.quadratec.com/p/crown-automotive/rt21005-hd-steering-kit-wrangler-tj parts. Anyways the alignment guy in our town said these were the wrong parts. I think they are the wrong part, maybe put on wrong. What do you guys think. Once again thanks!!

Your tie rod is on backwards. The adjustment end should be by the drivers side wheel. Everything else looks right.
 
Looks better now.

I would think an alignment guy would have been able to tell what the problem was and fix it as part of doing the alignment. After typing that, maybe he was able to tell and was hoping to charge you more to replace those parts. It could even be worse, he was just going to do what you did AND charge you for new parts.

Whatever could have/would have/should have happened I'd probably be looking for a different place to get an alignment.
