Missing Hinge Bolt

So the previous owners of my jeep took out both hinge bolts in order to run wires for some spotlights. I took off the spotlights because they didn't work. I want to get some replacement bolts. Any ideas on what the bolt is and where I might be able to buy it.

They are 5/16"-18 thread button head's. 1" or 1.25" length would work fine. Local hardware store likely has them in stock but they would most likely be hex and not torx.

Would an M8x1.25 bolt work?
 
Is there a place to buy OEM style bolts? All I can find are the counter sunk bolts, I would prefer to keep it a torx bolt. My jeep was sans hinge bolts and it's driving me nuts.
