I agree with Andy. It's a good thing you asked for clarification on this before you violated section 12, paragraph 3.4 " Stubby bumpers shall only be run with flat fenders"Consensus: You have approval for a stubby bumper.
I think I've settled on the KD Fab too, still waffling between the 43" and the 49" both are shorter than the 54" stock (no jugs) bumperI ordered this 43" bumper from KD Fabworks. I liked it because it's made in USA, you can order it powdercoated, comes with a fairlead bracket, and I can mount lights on the bumper outer ends and on the trail bar.
