Arizona/Florence-Kelvin Hwy/Chochran Road.
I took Chochran Road down to the Gila river yesterday. BUMPY! I took this road several years ago in my F150 and went 30 to 35 all the way. Yesterday in my LJ I bet that I only hit 30 miles an hour once or twice it was so bumpy. I hope that The road crews smoothed it out pretty soon.
Acquired a squeak in front end. Investigation needed. Any suggestions on Where to start looking is very much appreciated.

Above advise is a good place to start. What track bar are you running? I ask because bars with a heim joint tend to start squeaking.

If you have some friends, have them over for a beer, recreate the squeak, locate it, fix

The beer is a good idea but probably not the friends, a gopro might be better suited for the bumps at 30mph LOL

A lot of times you can re-create the squeak in your driveway by shaking and bouncing on the bumper, no need to have your friends hang on underneath the Jeep at 30mph like Indiana Jones. If you can't recreate it, it's tougher to find. Something probably came loose given that it happened on that bumpy road. Buy the beer and call your friends.

I had a squeak over bumps that I heard at slow speeds. It took me a little while to find, but it turned out to be the front sway bar bushing. I had replaced the worn rubber ones with Moog thermoplastic ones, the blue ones. I put grease on them when I installed them but they still squeaked, but seemed to be only when it was below 50° outside. I’m going to go out on a limb and guess you’re not having below 50° temp in AZ right now. 😂

I was able to do like @JMT suggested a d bounce the bumper to find the exact spot it was coming from.

You may even need to stand on the bumper so you can really get it bouncing. I had to do that with a truck I had once to replicate the noise. Just pushing with my hands wasn’t enough.

Good luck.

All of your Suggestions are great. I will find the squeak and report back. Thanks in advance.

Squeak is at anti-sway bar connects to end link. Rancho lift component. Disconnects at bottom only. Appears easy to disconnect and secure out of way but leaves dangling “socket”.
So, grease joint first. With lift and tires, access is good. Are there any suggestions for replacement end link disconnects?
