Positive terminal made contact with Jeep chassis

I have two other threads pertaining to this issue I am having, but I feel as if I should compile all of the information into this thread in order to better seek help. I recently replaced my battery cables and while doing so, the positive terminal made contact with the chassis of the Jeep through a wrench. There was a zap but no smoke. Since then, my Jeep has been cranking but not starting. I have eliminated the spark plugs and ignition coil rail as an issue, and plan to replace the CPS and CSPS next unless I find the solution beforehand. When I move the key to the on position I do hear the fuel pump prime for 2 seconds. Since my TJ is a later model (2004) it does not have a Schraeder valve on the fuel rail, so I have not checked my fuel pressure. I checked my fuses and they were all in good condition, however I did notice my ASD fuse clicked every time I tried to start the engine. Is it likely that I have fried my computer or some other electrical component which isn't allowing the Jeep to turn on? I apologize for my repetitive posting but it is urgent that I get my Jeep up and running as soon as I can since it is my daily driver and only car.

Here is a list of fuses just incase you need it!

I assume you mean ASD relay is clicking. Swap it with another one like the horn or something not needed to start and run.

Since the fuel pump runs for 2 seconds when the ignition is turned to ON; your fuel pump does appear to operate.
You can test the spark plug coil rail for voltage or remove the coil rail from the plugs and install a Noid indicator light test tool to see if spark is being pulsed to the plugs.
