    4.8 Swap LJ

Yeah, I kind of agree. For me there isn't a vehicle produced right now that knocks my socks off that I "want to" afford (would love an F150 Raptor). The GX460 checks the box on reliability, minimal amount of tech and decent resale for me. Looking for something that will last me 10 years at least...

    4.8 Swap LJ

Not sure when, but my wife and I are also planning a 2-3 week cross country trip and the LJ will be the one making trip (at least for now, been looking at GX460's, but pricing is still a pinch high).

    Power upgrades for heavy winching?

I am running AGM but no fridge.

    Power upgrades for heavy winching?

My LJR does not have a battery temp sensor and when I first got it I spent months trying to figure out why my charge rate was only 13.3-13.4 all the time. Needless to say it's never caused an issue for me.

    Another Jeep from Arizona

They actually only made 496 Unlimited Sports and only 279 Unlimited Rubicons in Jeep Green, so not many.

Jeep Green LJ Rubicon build (gonna be slow)

Some photos from this past weekend (prior to putting the 35's on), took a trip to the mountains and relaxed for 4 days.

Looks good! Love seeing another Jeep Green LJ out there, there aren't many of us!

06 Jeep Green LJR Less than 70K miles

Nice to see another Jeep Green LJR, but those front seats would have to go! I wouldn't let mine go for that price either.

    Power upgrades for heavy winching?

I don't have that exact one, mine is the one below. This was a last minute, leaving on a trip, jeep already loaded and the old optima battery I had died completely. That was probably 2-3 years ago. It's still going strong, hopefully stays that way...

Jeep Green LJ Rubicon build (gonna be slow)

Well the 35’s are on! A little cramped for now, but the rest is in progress. Savvy 241 cable shifter is here and the @mrblaine body lift should be here tomorrow. Plans keep getting added though. Going to add a tummy tuck to the list, but probably will go UCF and not savvy for simplicity (this...

2005 Rubicon popping out of reverse after body lift

I'm currently waiting on my 1.25" body lift from blaine and have been reading up on the install. From what I can gather doing just the body lift shouldn't have issues (Maybe some slight adjustments to the console are needed). Body lift with MML and it will angle the shifter to far back and...

Reunited and it feels so good - Inca Gold TJ Rubicon suspension recommendations

Only 224 (Might be 227 can't remember) Jeep Green LJR were made and only in 2006.

Reunited and it feels so good - Inca Gold TJ Rubicon suspension recommendations

Most on here are gonna steer you away from a long arm kit. Savvy / Currie (Rockjock) short arm kits are going to be some of the best for the money. Savvy has a mid arm kit that is generally the gold standard around here, but it is probably way overkill for what you intend to use it for.

How many of you outdoor cook with a Traeger? If not what is your BBQ rig of choice?

I read of people having this issue on the recteq forums already, but I have yet to experience it in the 1.5 years.

Jeep Green LJ Rubicon build (gonna be slow)

Yeah I'm pumped as well haha Wish i could do everything all at once, but time is limited. I actually use the trailer a good bit, anytime we take a trip and use the LJ it's what hauls all of our stuff since our german shepherd gets the whole back of the jeep.

Jeep Green LJ Rubicon build (gonna be slow)

Been awhile, but some updates are coming. Met up with @Irun yesterday and picked up his JL 392 beadlock capable wheels with 35’s. So finally making the step up from 33’s. @Irun is a heck of guy and we stood around bullshitting about jeeps for awhile, couldn’t be more grateful that he decided to...

Preparation questions about 2005 Rubicon I'm taking delivery of Thursday

Yeah I agree, my LJR is from Wyoming and has some as well, but it's minimal like yours pictured. Too me that spot i circle appears to have a weld that's been coated with undercoating. and this would make sense with it missing almost all of the tcase skid bolts.
