Not that one. The lid is the same, but the base is slightly different. This is the base I made for the 05. It screws right onto the cowl using the existing holes. I had to heat the top and form it to fit the cowl panel like the 97.

That's a good point. Although we have not tried it, I would guess that based on the location of the steering alone on the RHD models the kit would not fit.

Measure resistance to ground on that wire. It should not be 0.

The one here did have an intermittent code for the fuel level sensor. The light wasn't on when it came in however.

Don't forget to check for shorts to the chassis on that sending unit wire as well. We had an 05 Rubicon in last week with an intermittent fuel gauge. The tech found wires with missing insulation near the bell housing. The sending unit wire was shorting to the engine block and reading incorrectly.

I just looked at the stock tune for my 05 Wranglerfix PCM and there are 3 modes for IAT spark hot, cold and normal. According to the data the PCM goes from normal to hot mode at around 176°F IAT. In the hot spark mode the PCM has the ability to pull up to 9° of timing from the main table...

I have a regulator assembly that fits in the stock hanger on the earlier models. I have a complete hanger for the earlier and later models. None are on my website yet. I'm still working on pics and details.

Last time I had the engine out I pulled all but 4 of the lifters through the Edelbrock head. There were a couple of them that wouldn't come straight up and out. I think I could have snaked them out through the other holes but I didn't care to try that hard.

Not likely to happen from me. The later kits have sold okay, but investing in the earlier models where the production numbers were half wouldn't make sense.
