I built ones that moved forward and up when doing the rear stretch. They wrap around the top and bottom of the factory cross member.

Ever since doing the mini boat sides the body mounts are much more exposed. Some of them were taking damage. I have had raised body mounts on the shelf for a while how. Finally getting around to installing. I now only have a 1 body lift puck remaining, which is under the grille.

My flares extended to the bottom of the tub, with a mini boat side they needed to be raised. I added a gusset plate in the front as high up as I could, and covered the gap between the inner fender and slider.

Did I escalate things? No. I was curious if my design influenced his. His reply answered my question.

Nice design. I’d never seen a similar style available when I started making mine. I like the larger ID radius, that is a change I have being implemented on my next run.
