    32RH to NV3550 swap on 2002 TJ

My original nv3550 used a short input. The 32rh I got was for a long input but an extended seal housing is available to use a short input with a 32rh. That matrix is very wrong as far as I can tell.

Yeah if you have a rubicon with factory lockers this isn’t the swap for you.

Get over it blaine. I had no intention of shitting on you or anything related to you. I stated a fact about the relationship between the left and right knuckles. I am sorry for any inconvenience I caused by stating a fact. your axle has been replaced, pending return to you. Thank you for...

    32RH to NV3550 swap on 2002 TJ

a 2000-2002 auto pcm which is the same Jtec pcm. The only main difference on the engine is early model oil pressure sensor(3 wire) and late model oil pressure switch(1 wire). Installing a 00-02 pcm on a 03-04 requires converting to 3 wire oil pressure sensor, wiring the NSS to the correct...

    32RH to NV3550 swap on 2002 TJ

32rh is easily swapped into an 03/04 so long as you are competent enough with wiring in order to find the correct black wire and add a wire to the PCM connector. You’ll also need some fabrication skills to make a crossmember since the late model skid won’t support a 32rh.

    Toughness personified

I was not trying to discredit your product in the slightest. With a tie rod this stout i was simply trying to state that the length of draglink acting as the tie rod can still bend... Mine has bent many many many times over 6 years and has just now created an issue that cannot be resolved...

Why stop production on a very useful product over one comment from a certified idiot?

No point to make except that shit can and will still bend. This tie rod is the bees knees.

How do I de-pin this connector?

Sargent 3187CT works great. You just have to crimp the strain relief separately. However, it’s not one size fits all. Some pins are really small and require smaller jaws. Sargent makes good crimpers at entry level cost.

Used gears with like new preload

The spec is with just the pinion installed. Since you have the axle fully together, you do not follow spec. The only time you would do this is if you wanted to change the pinion seal. You take a measurement, replace the seal, and make sure you set the preload back to your initial measurement.

Used gears with like new preload

I would do what you are doing if i was going to remove the pinion nut to change a pinion seal. Otherwise I wouldnt worry about it.
